We collect information you provide when you contact us, submit an inquiry, or make a reservation. This may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred activity, date, and group size.
We use this information to answer questions, assist with reservations, and communicate about your adventure.
Reservations through Peek
Our online reservations use Peek. Information entered into its booking system is handled under Peek’s privacy policy and the terms presented during checkout.
Ask Skye
Ask Skye is our AI beach guide. Your questions and recent chat conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. Please do not enter payment information or sensitive personal details in chat.
The separate team-help form collects contact details so Sunset can respond. Contact details submitted through that form are not sent to OpenAI.
