Please review these cancellation, rescheduling, and arrival requirements before booking. Notice periods are measured before your scheduled departure time.
Boat Tours & Snorkeling Cancellations

Snorkeling follows the same cancellation schedule as boat tours. No additional cancellation fees apply beyond the amounts retained under this schedule.
Jet Ski Rentals & Jet Ski Tours
Customers receive a full refund or credit when cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations requested with less than 7 days’ notice and no-shows are charged the full price.
Customers must arrive at least 45 minutes before their scheduled start time. Customers who do not meet this arrival requirement are charged the full price.
GoBoat Rentals & GoBoat Tours
Customers receive a full refund or credit when cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations requested with less than 3 days’ notice and no-shows are charged the full price.
Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time. Customers who do not meet this arrival requirement are charged the full price.
Free Rescheduling — All Activities
Rescheduling is free for all activities when we are notified at least 3 days before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling is separate from cancellation; the activity-specific cancellation rules above apply to refund requests.
Operator Cancellations
If Sunset cancels your activity due to unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or store credit.
Required Arrival Times
- Boat tours & snorkeling: arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.
- Jet ski rentals & tours: arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- GoBoat rentals & tours: arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
