More than two dozen different breweries were represented at the site’s grand opening in January, and that was just the beginning of what they had planned. The brewery has since expanded its selection to more than a dozen beers on tap, with an additional five beers in the works.
Beer lovers can choose from a variety of styles including porters, ales, lagers and Wheat beers. The brewery also currently features two special selections: Mint IPA and Hibiscus Pale Ale. They will soon be joined by Out Island Porter, Bad Hombre Mexican Lager and a few other beers. The brewery’s signature Fort Myers Ale is a tribute to the city and will be available year-round.
Brewery Has Something For Everyone
There’s more to Fort Myers Brewing Company than just craft beer, cider and wine — although those offerings are quite impressive as well. The brewery also offers snacks such as pretzels and pepperoni, and it’s pairing these menu items with a rotating selection of cheese from Florida Cheese.
An expansive indoor seating area is available for beer lovers to enjoy their snacks while lapping up their drinks, although there is also some outdoor seating available as well. In addition, the brewery offers a number of events throughout the year that are sure to keep beer lovers entertained.
