“We decided to book a 1hour jet ski rental at the last minute. Chelsea reached out immediately to walk us through the process, get waivers signed & have the boat safety class all taken care of ahead of time. In true Florida fashion, we arrived at the launch in a literal monsoon. We passed the time under a shelter speaking with the mother of a 14 year old boy who recently moved to the area & hadn’t made a lot of friends yet. Chelsea was out on the jet ski with this young man so he didn’t have to go alone. After about 20 minutes, the two arrived safe & sound (albeit drenched from the monsoon) with giant smiles on their faces. Chelsea had pulled into a safe spot to wait out the storm & graciously told us that she was happy to add time to our rental for our wait. Chelsea walked our group through the steps of jet ski operations, gave suggestions for her favorite (& safest) areas to jet ski, and off our riders went. They had an amazing time & even saw an alligator! It was a memorable experience for sure. From start to finish, Chelsea made the process so welcoming, smooth & comfortable.
